Yes! Our candles are made from a soy wax and coconut wax blend and is vegan friendly. Our fragrances are cruelty free. Even our soaps are entirely plant based.

  2. Click the CHECKOUT button in the top right corner of the page
  3. Fill in your ‘customer information’ providing a valid email address & shipping address
  4. If you have a Discount Code or Voucher, you may insert the code in the ‘Coupon’ box & click Apply
  5. Review the shipping information
    Select ‘Same As Shipping Address’ if your Billing and Shipping info are the same. Or select ‘Use Different Billing Address’ if the addresses differ.
  6. Tick the box to confirm you have read and agree to the terms of the website
  7. Click on “Place Order” to proceed to Payment
  8. Select your preferred payment method
  9. Once you have completed your payment you will be redirected to your order confirmation page, and you will receive an email confirmation as well.

Yes, it is safe to order and pay online. We use the industry-trusted, South African payment processing service, Payfast. None of your credit-card details will be revealed. Payfast is secure & approved by all major banks in South Africa.

If you live in a main city center then approximate courier shipping time is 2-4 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.

Once an order has been paid for it is immediately sent to the warehouse where it is packed for delivery. Therefore we cannot cancel orders that are being processed. If it so happens that the order has not been processed yet, & we are able to assist; kindly note that the transaction fee paid to Payfast will not be refunded. Transaction fee amounts vary depending on transaction amount.

We do restock our catalogue unless it is a limited edition item, or we discontinue the range. All our products are made in small batches to ensure the shelf life and quality at the time of purchase. You can request an email notification to be sent once an item is restocked, by filling in the form on the product page.

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order is shipped. Be sure to keep an eye on your mailbox for updates, and check your junk mail in case our email took a detour.
